Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on March 7, 2016. Age 73. Beloved husband of Mary Jo for 42 years. Devoted father of David (Kelly), John (Kristin) and Mark (Erika). Loving grandfather of Aiden, Reagan, Elliot, Addison, Alexandra, Leyla, Bryn, Samantha, Natalie and James. Dear brother of Virginia (Don) Neiweem, Betty (Paul) Hartmann, Rita (Paul) Meintzer and Nancy (Jesse) Garcia. Jim is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister Doris Kusek.

Visitation at the Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI, Monday, March 14, 2016 from 3:30-7:30 PM. Funeral service at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 1350 Hwy 175 Hubertus, WI on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 11AM. Visitation at the church Tuesday, March 15, 2016 from 10-10:45AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Froedtert Hospital Foundation/Lymphoma Research.

The family would like to give a special thank you to all of the wonderful doctors and staff at Froedtert and the Cancer Center for their care. An extended thank you to all of the family, friends and neighbors for their love and support throughout the years.

Jim graduated from Marquette University in 1965. He cofounded Amcon in 1972 and worked there until the day he passed. He will be deeply missed.
