Further survived by brother Duane "Spud", other relatives and friends. Visitation at ST. ELIZABETH ANN SETON CATHOLIC CHURCH, 12700 W. Howard Ave., New Berlin, Wednesday, November 24, 9:30AM-12:30PM. Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30PM. Entombment to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Mr. Luebke was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in New Berlin and past member of St. John the Evangelist in Naples, FL. Also past member of Holy Apostles in New Berlin and Blessed Sacrament in Milwaukee. Retired employee of General Electric Company. Past leader of the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 160, and past leader of Blessed Sacrament CYO and Holy Name District Youth Chairman. He was also a financial advisor for Junior Achievement, athletic director and baseball coach for Blessed Sacrament and Confirmation Catechist for Holy Apostles and assistant administrator for Religious Education for St. John the Evangelist in Florida. He was presently serving as a Catechist in the Religion Program at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Mr. Luebke served his country for 2 years in the U.S. Army as an infantryman and reached the high rank of Private First Class. He was past president and member of the New Berlin Library Board, past president and member of the Waukesha Federated Library Board, and served as a Safety Commissioner in New Berlin. Mr. Luebke was politically active by serving as Alderman in the City of New Berlin, member of the New Berlin School Board and as a Waukesha County Board Supervisor. After many years of raising taxes in his local community in the state of Wisconsin, Mr. Luebke moved to Florida in 1995. He returned to face the music in June of 2002.
