Entered into eternal life, Friday July 3, 2015 at the age of 69. Cherished husband of Diane (Nee Bornscheuer) for 32 years. Admired dad of James Jr. (Victoria) Johnson, Tara (Eric) Peschel, Stephanie (Steve) Pfeilsticker and Joanna (Steve) Jordan. Proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of 5 siblings. Also loved by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Jim requested that donations be made to Wounded Warrior Project or to Blessed Savior Lutheran Endowment Fund in New Berlin.

Celebration of Jim's life at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Ave., New Berlin, Thursday July 9th 4-7PM and also at BLESSED SAVIOR LUTHERAN CHURCH 15250 W. Cleveland Ave. New Berlin, Friday July 10th 10-11AM. Service of Praise and Thanksgiving for Jim at 11AM. Private Interment Monday, July 13th Fort Snelling, Minneapolis MN.

Jim asked if everyone, if they are so inclined, to wear red which is the artillery color as well as his favorite.
