Jack D. Prince

Died peacefully, Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Arlene Walters-Prince (nee Spoerl). Dear step-father of Cheryl (Randall) Stevens, Mark (Diane) Walters, and Scott (Margaret) Walters. Loved by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Special uncle to his nieces and nephews. Also survived by 1 sister, Dianne (James) Duszynski; 2 brothers-in-law, Ralph (Sharon) Spoerl and Robert (the late Sharon) Nelson; 1 sister-in-law, Mary (the late Allyn) Spoerl; other relatives, and friends. Preceded in death by his parents William and Olive Prince and brothers Robert and William.

Gathering at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin on Saturday, April 8, 2017, from 1:30 PM – 3:15 PM. Memorial service at 3:30 PM. Private burial at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Jack worked for Louis Allis Co. for 38 years.

Jack proudly served his country as a member of the US Marine Corps from 1948-1952. Jack courageously fought in the Korean Conflict and is a member of the Exclusive Fraternity of Honor of the Chosin Few.
