(Nee Roebuck) Entered God's loving arms on August 20, 2013, at age 76. Beloved wife of Douglas for 55 years. Loving Mom of Debbie (Terry) Hansen and Denise (Donn) Johnson. Proud Nanny of Katie (Dave), Robin (Ryan), Teresa (Karl), Brad and Todd (Melissa). Great-Nanny to Carolyn, Ethan and Violet. Also loved by her cousin Janet (Dave) Herring in England, as well as other family and friends. Irene faithfully served many years as a teaching assistant at Clara Barton (where she was known as "Curly") and Maple Dale Schools.

Visitation at LOVING SHEPHERD EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3909 West Clinton Avenue, on Monday, August 26, at 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Private burial at Highland Memorial Park. Memorials appreciated to Loving Shepherd Lutheran School.
