Mary Lou and Jim Glasl and Family left a message on September 1, 2019:
I am so sorry for your loss. She was such a dear and loving friend. She had such a beautiful smile and she was always there to help someone. She made our family so welcome at Moose lake. She enjoyed life and had a strong belief in God. We have many memories like floating on the bouncing waves of Moose lake in our inner tubes, don't forget the Saturday night trips to Le Duc's for turtle sundaes and the times we would sit and watch the kids toast marshmallows in a fire by the lake. She adored her family. Irene made the world a better place..
Anne and Don Bauer left a message on August 31, 2019:
To the children of Irene and Jerry, Our deepest sympathy to you and your families. We would have liked to come to the funeral, but due to circumstances we are unable to do so. Anne recalls aunt Angeline keeping her mother informed about the Otto Lehman family and when the twins were born. My mother was a fan of Irene and talked about her often years ago.
William Honrath left a message on August 26, 2019:
Some of my happiest memories are of time spent with the Lehman family many years ago. Irene and Jerry created an incredible family and endured more than their share of hardship and sadness. The happiness and love they gave with others are a lasting memorial and are truly remarkable. Irene was the incredible matriarch and the kind of person the world needs more of.
