(nee Lasshan) Of Milwaukee. Found her rest at home on Monday, September 21, 2009, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of 67 years to Walter Nies. Loving mom of Ralph and Fred Nies. Devoted Oma to Tania and Jesse Nies. Also survived by many relatives in Germany. Ilse was a member of Schwaben Damen Club, since 1955.Visitation at the Funeral Home Thursday, September 24, 2009, 5-7 PM. Funeral Service 7PM. Procession to Wisconsin Memorial Park, meeting at the Funeral Home on Friday, September 25, 10:30 AM. Entombment at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Leukemia Society appreciated.
