Guenther left behind poignant memories in life and the beauty and fragrance of roses that were well worth beholding. These memories are a gift and will be cherished by close family and friends. She suddenly passed away on December 21, 2009 of natural causes at the age of 90. Bruno C. Guenther, loving husband preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Cadogan, three grandchildren; Madeline Guenther, Nicole J. Cadogan , and Mark L. Cadogan, and great grandson;Zachery Jaeden currently residing in Madison, WI. She is also survived by relatives in Germany, a sister and sister-in-law, nieces and nephews. Cremation was held in Milwaukee, WI. "We must cling to the memories of the sun's warmth and light. Those roses remind us that these storms and cold spells are only temporary. The sun is never really gone, just shining somewhere else for a while."
