Helen Joyce Tanner (nee Spicer) found her peace on February 4, 2023 at age 87.
Her memory will be cherished by her husband of 65 years, Hans, daughter Monica Tanner and son Richard (Gail) Tanner. Loving grandmother of Matthew (Melissa) Tanner and Emily Tanner. Great-grandmother of Penelope, Charlotte, and Josephine. Preceded in death by her precious grandson David. Helen will also be missed by her sister Joan (Jim) Wensley, other relatives and friends.
Helen was a member of Our Lord’s United Methodist Church for over 52 years. She helped create countless treasured family memories by enjoying the camping and boating adventures that were shared.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at Our Lord’s United Methodist Church, 5000 West Sunnyslope Road, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Saturday, February 25th from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM with Memorial Service at 11:30 AM. Light luncheon to follow.
