Precious great grandmother of Jackson and Claire Statkus of Portland, OR and Charlie and Andie Winkeljohn of Coral Gables, FL. Devoted sister of Teresa Rizzo of Cicero, IL, and treasured aunt to several nieces and nephews.She grew up in Cicero, IL, lived in Peoria, IL and Sun City, AZ and spent her last two years at Alexian Village, Milwaukee. She lived the American dream through hard work and perseverance and left a legacy of fun and joy for life. Her energy, enthusiasm and zest for life attracted friends from all walks of life. She was loved and admired and considered a remarkable woman who was an inspiration and an honor to know.The family would like to thank Alexian Village staff and residents for their kind and supportive community.Memorial Gathering at ALEXIAN VILLAGE CHAPEL OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, 9301 N. 76th St., Saturday, Nov.7th, 10-11am.
