Passed away peacefully on May 5, 2013, at the age of 82. Haywood was survived by many, many relatives and friends. Visitation at Unity Missionary Baptist Church (3835 W. Fond du Lac Ave.), on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, from 10:00 AM-12:00 noon. Service at 12:00 noon. Burial at Graceland Cemetery to follow.
