Harold was born December 24, 1932, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Harold and Elizabeth (Kozenecki) Strunsee. He graduated from Messmer High School in Milwaukee in 1950. After high school he attended Marquette University before marrying his beloved wife Norma in 1958. They were happily married for 55 years. He worked as a designer and engineer for over 40 years.
