Passed away peacefully on May 3, 2014 at age 68. Loving husband of Arletta, devoted father of Scott (Breahn), adoring grandfather of Miles, Sylvia and Stella. Jerry is also loved by his siblings, nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, from 3:00-5:45 PM. Service to follow. Jerry will be laid to rest privately at Highland Memorial Park.
