Passed away peacefully on December 25, 2014. Age 70. Preceded in death by his parents Ervin and Agatha Cooper. Beloved husband of Sharon Cooper for 48 years. Loving dad of Shari Lorbiecki and Richard Cooper. Proud G-Pa of Blake and Hunter Lorbiecki. Dear brother of Karl (Joan) Cooper, Pam Hansen, Jim (Dawn) Cooper, Wendy Cooper and Tim Cooper. Further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation at CALVARY MEMORIAL UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, 4515 MAYFAIR ROAD, Friday, January 2 from 4:00 PM until time of Service at 7:00 PM.

George proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He owned and operated Cooper's Signs. George was a lifetime member at Calvary Memorial UCC and a member of the Richfield Lions Club. George enjoyed his morning coffee club.
