George F. Biltz

Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 18, 2013, age 87. Preceded in death by his parents, George, Sr. and Ada (nee Fore), sister Marian, and wife of 48 years, Marjorie (nee Brennan). Husband of Jean (nee Janson). Father of Susan Buero (Duane), George III "Skip" (Colette), John (Nancy), and Beth (partner Donna Leopaldi). Jean's children, Chuck, Patricia, Joy, and Eric. Beloved Grandpa to Lindsey (Brian), Ben, Britni (Jon), Joanna and Alle. Great-grandpa to Brennan, Corbin and Kambrie. Dear brother-in-law of Don (the late Becky) Brennan and Chuck (Deb) Brennan. Uncle to Scott (Robin) Brennan and Deb (Al) Johnson. He will also be missed by many friends and neighbors.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Thursday, March 21, 4:00-7:00 PM followed by Vigil. Funeral Mass at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 9306 West Beloit Road, Friday, March 22, 10:00 AM. Interment to follow. Memorials appreciated to Wounded Warrior Project or the Knights of Columbus Pere Marquette Council #524.

George enlisted and served in the USAF for both WWII and the Korean War. Proud graduate of Indiana University. Falk Corp. retiree, former Knights of Columbus Grand Knight. Dad loved a good joke, a good book and most of all, the beautiful sunsets in Michiana.
