Of Brookfield, WI. Passed away peacefully on December 27, 2014 at the age of 84. Beloved husband of Marilyn for 57 years; further survived by four children; David P. (Georgia), Peter A. (Laura) Moegenburg, Julie A. (Hugh) O'Halloran and Susan M. (Toben Galvin) Moegenburg. Also survived by four grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Visitation at CROSS OF LIFE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 20700 West North Avenue, Saturday, January 3, 10:30-11:30 AM. Funeral Service 11:30 AM. Private burial Wisconsin Memorial Park.

Fred was very proud to be a lawyer and enjoyed 50 years practicing his profession. Thank you to the staff of Wheaton Franciscan Health Care for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to the charity of your choice.
