Frank has been a dear friend of Bobbi and I since 2002 when we moved into the apartment below his in West Allis, WI. I have been calling for months in an effort to get in touch with him. Since our move to Oklahoma in 2011 I tried to call to talk with him at least every couple weeks. I knew Frank had prostate cancer but I thought the VA was taking care of that. Gonna miss you Buddy, feel like I'm a better person having known you. God Bless
