The staff at Mount Olivet will lead a procession of vehicles to the chapel where the service will be held.

Francis Carl Starr “Frank” passed away peacefully and is reunited with his wife, Jean, on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the age of 91.

Cherished father of Kelley (Laurie), Patricia Starr, Robert (Christine) Cotey and James (Judie) Cotey. Proud grandfather of Elizabeth, Gregory, Natalie, Tyler, Clint, Michael, Megan, Maddi, Taylor, Brayden, Colin, Courtney and Claire. Great grandfather of Everett, Harrison, Nora, Ben, Annie, Quinn and baby boy on the way. Loving brother of James Starr (Dorothy), Tom Starr (Roxanne), Michael Starr, Donald Starr (Patricia), Ronald Starr (Kathy, deceased), Mary Parins(Kenneth), Gerald Starr (Paula), Joanne Turtenwald (Rick, deceased) and Barbara Gilson (Charles). Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his children, Daniel and Jeanne Starr and Scott Cotey, and his sister, Kathleen Mundschau.

Gathering will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin, on Saturday, November 29, 2025, 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM. Celebration of Life at 6:00 PM.

Interment will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 3801 West Morgan Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
