Called home to the Lord Sunday, May 11, 2008 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Bette. Loving dad of Darlene (Eldon) Gartzke and Karen Capek. Proud grandpa of Daniel, Peter and Matthew Gartzke. Step-father of Lynn (David) Bogues and Kathleen Hermann. Brother of Russell (Dorothy), Allen (Ruth) Capek and Shirley Potter. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at BEAUTIFUL SAVIOR LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3205 North 85th Street, Milwaukee on Wednesday, May 14, 4-7 PM. Funeral Service 7 PM. Private entombment Wisconsin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church appreciated.
