Found peace on November 21, 2020, age 90. Beloved son of his late parents, Eugene M. Owen, Sr. and Mildred (the late Bernard) Blum. Survived by dear friend Eugene Hovde and two cousins.

Eugene worked at Allis Chalmers for 37 years.
