Eugene J. Szolwinski “Sparky”

Born to Eternal Life May 1, 2011, age 86. Rejoined his beloved wife Rosalie (nee Proite). Beloved father of David Szolwinski, Richard (Linda) Szolwinski, Karen (Rick) Fullington and Mary Jo (Chris) Avery. Proud Papa of Tina (John) McCaffrey, Sara (Rob DeGrave) Szolwinski, Emily Szolwinski, Sean, Rosie, Brendan and Morgan Avery, Eric and Ryan Fullington, Great-grandfather of Max and Alex Rothweiler, Briana and Caitlyn McCaffrey and Ava Rose Szolwinski. Also survived by his siblings, Anthony (Lorraine) and Bernard (Marie) Szolwinski and Geraldine (the late Edward) Steenweg. Brother-in-law of: Phyllis Szolwinski, Mary (the late Ignatius) Camarda and Anthony (the late Prudy) Proite. Preceded in death by siblings and in-laws: Leo (Harriet), William (Elsie), Stanley, Alex (Helen), Sylvester Szolwinski, Myra (Edward) Czajkowski, Joseph (Lucy), Charles (Rose), Leonard (Mildred) and Sam Proite. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home Thursday, May 5, 5:00-8:00 PM.
