Memorial
In lieu of flowers her family is working on ideas for something to carry on one or more of those passions. These include:
-Start and support a new school program at Richmond School educating children about gardening, homegrown food and its nutritional health benefits.
-Start a scholarship in her name at Arrowhead High School for students interested in pursuing a Nutritional Science career.
-Donate funds to the Richmond School athletic department to update uniforms, equipment, and facilities to memorialize her impressive record as a school athlete.

My heartfelt condolences to the Weber family and all of her friends. I worked with Ericka for close to 18 years, much more closely in the earlier years. She was a great, caring, funny human being with a giant personality. In our last exchange, I shared this old picture I found from the archives (circa 2007) and we both had a great laugh over the old memories. I'm grateful for the memories and her wonderful spirit that lives on through everyone who knew her.
