Elizabeth B. Westen

On Saturday, November 16, 2013 Elizabeth Browning Westen, known to all as Betty, died at the age of 84, peacefully, although unexpectedly, while surrounded by her loved ones. Betty was survived by her children and their spouses, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and countless friends. She was preceded in death by her dear and wonderful husband, Joe.

Betty was known to all as a woman who loved the Lord, and she took advantage of every opportunity to share the Love of God with everyone she met. Betty spent countless hours working with children while teaching them about Jesus in "The Good News Club." Her desire to share the Lord with these children inspired her to write and publish the book, A Boat Ride for Two Raccoons. Because Betty was a believer and she walked the walk, this world will forever be a better place. We'll miss you mom, grandma, sister in the Lord. Lucy asks that you "say hi to Jesus" for her.

Visitation at 10:00 AM, Memorial Service to begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 23, at BELOIT ROAD BAPTIST CHURCH, 8337 West Beloit Road, West Allis. In lieu of flowers, donations to Beloit Road Baptist Church would be appreciated.
