(Nee McBride) Died peacefully, Wednesday, January 18, 2012. Age 93. Beloved wife of the late Emil. Dear step-mother of Laurene (Daniel) Hahn. Proud nana of Jennifer (Joseph) Wangerin and Kristin Hahn. Even though she was deaf from the age of 9 and lost most of her sight late in life, she always had a wonderful outlook and a positive attitude. Eileen was born and raised in Chicago and worked for Index Sales for 38 years.Visitation at ST. MATTHIAS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 9306 W. Beloit Road, Milwaukee, on Wednesday, January 25 from 10:00-10:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Now she is able to hear the birds sing, the music play, see the blue sky and the landscapes and wildlife she drew so beautifully.
