86, died at home on October 14, following a brief period of home hospice care.Dorothy was born December 19, 1923 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Ernest and Helen (nee Loyda) Korff. It was in her role as a Girl Scout leader that she met Ruel Fessenbecker who was the Boy Scout leader in the same church. They were married in 1948.Dorothy taught kindergarten and first grade in the Milwaukee Public Schools, most recently at La Follette School. A member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Milwaukee, Dorothy served in many roles especially in children's Christian education, Presbyterian Woman and as an Elder of the church. Dorothy was a RSVP (Senior Volunteers) as well as a member of Sigma Omicron Phi Sorority. She is survived by her loving husband Ruel; four children: Ruellen (Carl), Robert (Denise), Diana (Pete) and Richard (Marie) and 11 grandchildren: Patrick, Bennet, Erin, Nathan, Jonathan, Forrest, Kathleen, Jenny, Leah, Renee and Emma. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Korff and daughter, Carol Jean Visitation at Krause Funeral Home 9000 W. Capitol Drive on Tuesday, October 19 at 4-7PM. Additional visitation at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 3302 N. Sherman Boulevard on Wednesday at 10AM until time of funeral Service at 11AM.
