Born on September 21, 1957, to the union of Richard O'Neil and Willa Robinson in Freeport, Illinois. Throughout her life, Debbie was a fighter, overcoming insurmountable odds and finding success every step of the way. As a single mother, and with the love and support of her parents, Debbie raised two independently successful, compassionate and caring human beings. The oldest, Tina Buliox (O'Neil), is a middle school teacher with a Masters Degree in Education. The youngest, Stanley King, is more than half way complete with his degree in Graphic Design. If not by the sheer force of will and grace of God, Debbie started and operated a very successful real estate business — Signature Realty Group. Her son (Stanley) designed the logo and trademark for the company and her mother (Willa) worked as the receptionist. In the last few years of operation, the company met or exceeded every metric and threshold Debbie set for the company, which were quite ambitious. Remarkably, Debbie was able to accomplish all of this while continuing her 20 plus years of employment at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, School of Continuing Education. A long time resident of Milwaukee, Debbie enjoyed networking, bringing people together and gatherings at her home. Deb also REALLY enjoyed shopping, especially in the company of her mother Willa, daughter Tina, aunt Della Nichols and life-long friend Nika Lorino.Debbie entered her eternal life on Monday, July 23, 2012. She leaves to cherish her memory her fianc (Darrel Mabra); parents (Richard and Willa); children (Tina and Stanley); brother (Stephen O'Neil); aunt (Della); sister (Natalie Dotszeur); grandson (Carter Buliox); son-in-law (Warren Buliox); and a host of family and friends.
