Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 16, 2014 at age 50. Loving wife of James. Devoted mother of Richard (Andrea) Nimkie, Jr. and Devra Schultz. Proud grandma of Elijah, Nevaeh, Isaiah, Liam and Lua Jay. Sister-in-law of Thomas (Donna) Wasilewski. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Gathering will be held at the Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, on Wednesday, May 28, 4 to 6:45 PM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 7:00 PM. Memorials in Dawn's name to The Children's Miracle Network are appreciated.

The family would like to extend thanks to the staff at Vitas Ruth Hospice House and her friends at Wal-Mart.
