Passed away peacefully on November 19, 2012, at age 54. The best father ever of Jacqueline Schaf. Loving son of Joyce and the late Harold. Cherished brother of Cindy (Hal) Koch and Jeff (Debbie) Schaf. Fun loving uncle of Kevin (Jena), Kristin, Brian, Kyle and Melissa. His kind heart will be missed by other family and friends. Dave was always eager to lend a helping hand to anyone and everyone who needed him. He will be truly missed.Visitation at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 27, at 1-2:15PM. Funeral Service at 2:30PM. Burial to follow at Holy Angels Cemetery in West Bend. Memorials appreciated to Children's Hospital and Health System Foundation.
