Daniel C. Todd

Entered into God's loving arms December 24, 2014, age 49. Loving brother of Nikolaus (Sheri) and John (Diane) Todd. Proud uncle to his Godson David (Kristin) Todd and Andrea (Chris) Wesloski. Nephew of Carolyn (late Edward) Herman, Patricia (Ralph) Krueger. Also Godfather to Chandra Keller. Loved by many friends and relatives including close friends Gary and Diane Poznick. Preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Shirley Todd, and other relatives.

Danny had a love for gaming, Fantasy Football and racing. He had a prized Hot Wheel collection, sports card collection and many books. He worked at the Milwaukee Post Office for 20 years, until his illness made it impossible to work. He continued to stay in touch with good friends from Christ Lutheran Church and Prairie du Chien Lutheran High School. He also worked at Fish Creek Amusement Park and Milwaukee Mattress.

Danny continued a positive outlook while battling cancer. A special thank you to the staff at Froedtert for the compassion and support they gave to him throughout his care.

Danny wanted to thank his friends from the Post Office that offered their support and left this message for us all: "Please be happy for me for I know where the Good Lord will call me. He is going to call me to a place where there is no misery, no sadness, no more tears."

Memorial Gathering at the Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, on Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 10:00-11:45 AM. Prayer service at 12:00 PM. Danny's ashes will be interned at Highland Memorial Park in a private ceremony
