68 of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed away on August 28, 2015 in the home that he built surrounded by his beautiful wife and daughters.
He was born on March 25, 1947 in Star City, AR, the eleventh son of the late Luther and Frances Ivee Jasper. He is survived by his wife Melva Jasper, three children, ten grandchildren and fourteen siblings. He is preceded in death by his firstborn son, Philip J Jasper, Sr.
He married Melva on August 22nd, 1970 in Milwaukee, WI. He worked for over 27 years as a Sheet Metal Journeyman for Milwaukee Public Schools. He became one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1975 and has served as a faithful elder within the congregation for over 35 years.
Cleotis was a good and strong man that showed love and empathy to all. He passionately loved his wife, his faith, his children and grandchildren. He will be sorely missed by his entire physical and spiritual family.
A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (6636 W. Appleton Avenue-Milwaukee, WI 53216) at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 5, 2015.
