In Loving Memory of Christine Carol Perdue

Christine Carol Perdue, a beloved daughter, wife, mother, and friend, peacefully passed away on August 31, 2024, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Born on December 30, 1970, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Christine lived a life marked by love, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to helping those in need.
Christine was the cherished daughter of Dennis and Nancy Nettesheim, who instilled in her the values of compassion and service that would define her life’s work. She grew up in a loving family alongside her siblings, Debra, Todd, and Matthew Nettesheim, forming bonds that would last a lifetime.
On October 20, 2001, Christine married the love of her life, Jonathan Perdue, in a beautiful ceremony in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. Their marriage was a testament to enduring love and partnership, marked by 22 joyful years together. They were blessed with two wonderful children, Ava and Aedan Perdue, who were the light of Christine’s life. Her family was her greatest pride and joy, and she dedicated herself to creating a warm and loving home for them.
Christine found her calling as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where her passion for helping others in need shone brightly. She was known for her gentle touch, empathetic nature, and unwavering dedication to her patients. Christine’s kindness and compassion left an indelible mark on everyone she cared for, and her legacy of service will be remembered by many.
Christine is survived by her devoted husband, Jonathan; her beloved children, Ava and Aedan; her parents, Dennis and Nancy Nettesheim; her siblings, Debra (Chad Sinnen), Todd (Sara England), Matthew (Carrie) Nettesheim, The Perdue family Mark (Father) Sarah (Mother) and sisters Tammi and Lisa, her beloved nieces and nephews, Kirsten Wells, Alex and Emily Waletski, Oliver and Gage Nettesheim, and Logan and Olivia Nettesheim. Christine was blessed to be part of an incredibly large family represented by Nettesheim, Poeschl, Perdue, and Brown, with numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins who loved her. Further blessings came from all numerous close friendships she was fortunate to be a part of and the unconditional love of her fury friends Lola and Clay. Their love and support were constants in Christine’s life, providing her with strength and joy through all of life’s challenges and triumphs.
Christine Carol Perdue leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and service. Her radiant spirit and generous heart touched the lives of so many, and she will be deeply missed. As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate the incredible life she lived and the profound impact she had on the world around her.
May Christine rest in eternal peace alongside our Lord and reuniting with her Beloved Grandparents Ivo and Helen (Loraine) Nettesheim and Gaylord (Bubba) and Marion (Nana) Poeschl in Heaven, knowing she was deeply loved and will never be forgotten.
A visitation will be held on September 14, 2024, from 1:00 PM – 2:45 PM, with a Celebration of Christine’s life to follow at 3:00 PM, at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor her memory, share stories, and find comfort in one another.
