Chester A. Bochniak

"Chet" Passed away Friday, September 24, 2010, in Muskego, WI. Age 82. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Stelmach). Cherished father of Paul (Becky), John, Diane Bochniak and Connie (Steve) Murphy and the late Mark. Father-in-law of Lori. Proud grandpa of Alex, Aaron, Lauren, Sarah, Morgan, Shane, Maggie and David. Loving friend and companion of Marlene Seynhoven. He will be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents Walter and Martha, brothers Eugene and Jerome (Laverne). Chester was a graduate of Holy Trinity High School ('47) in Chicago and attended Northwestern University. He worked as an accountant at several companies; Victor Adding Machine ('47-'56), Honeywell ('56-'68) and Figgie International (including George J. Meyer Manufacturing) ('68 until his retirement in '90). Chet proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean War. He was an active member of the Widows or Widowers (W.O.W) Club of Milwaukee since 1994. Visitation at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave., Hales Corners, WI, Thursday, September 30, from 9 AM – 12 PM. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 12 NOON. Private committal at St. Adalbert's Cemetery in Niles, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Leukemia Society.
