Preceded in death by his parents Dave and Jewel Collins.Visitation at the Funeral Home, Friday, November 30, 11:00 AM-12:30 PM. Funeral Service 12:30 PM. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Charles retired from Briggs and Stratton Corporation after 32 years of service.
