Rev. Fr. Mike Petroski NDHS 1965 left a message on March 17, 2023:
Dear Family, I too am an alumnus of Notre Dame HS. I too grew up in Harper Woods, St. Jude Parish. Three of my sisters graduated from Regina HS, next door. I too am familiar with the greater Milwaukee area, having earned an M. Div. in 2000 from Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology in Hales Corners. Followed by ordination in the Diocese of Lansing. Although I did not know your family, I want to assure you of my thoughts and prayers as you take leave of your husband, dad, brother and friend. May he rest in peace. God Bless You.

Fr. Leon Olszamowski, s.m. left a message on February 23, 2023:
Ann and Family, Condolences from all the Marists who had the opportunity to know and work with Chuck over the years at Notre Dame High School. Chuck was not only an exemplary employee but a kind, caring, and concerned man. I knew Chuck for fourteen years, and I have to believe that he was a man who truly embraced his beloved high school and the Marist values for which it stood. He truly learned to "think, act, judge and feel" for the Notre Dame community as Mary did for her son, Jesus. So sorry I could not make it to the funeral Mass, but I will be watching his funeral on line this morning. Thanks for sharing Chuck with us for so many years. May he pray for all of us as we continue our journey to our Father's home. Blessings and Peace, Fr. Leon

Uncle Chuck, thank you for sharing your light with all of us!

Jen Zamon left a message on February 20, 2023:
Dear Stys Family - I want to let you know that you are in my thoughts especially often these days, and how much I appreciated the visits I was able to make with your family in Michigan while you dad was with us. I will NEVER forget how much Uncle Chuck helped make Grandma Zamon's 90th birthday so special for her. The cookies Aunt Ann requested are in the oven as I type this - I will be sure to get them to you in time to help lift the spirits of those who are able to make it to the visitation and Mass. All my love, Cousin Jen from Oregon
