Age 74, passed from this earth Sunday, March 11, 2018, in Milwaukee after a series of illnesses. Chuck, born on October 22, 1943, in Kansas City, Missouri, to the late Norma (Sewell) and the late Goldwin (Goldie) grew up helping with the family dry cleaners in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Charles was preceded in death by his stepmother Twila Strutt-Norman. He is survived by sons Peter (Tina) and Joseph, daughters Sarah (Norman) Elbaum and Rebecca (Norman) Wood, his brother Robert (Connie), and sister Vicki (Dean). Chuck graduated with a Ph. D. in psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1971. He provided public and private educational psychological services for 40 years in southern Wisconsin and retired from the Milwaukee Public School District in 2010. Charles loved photography his entire life. He was a board member of Coalition of Photographic Arts (CoPA). He will be missed for his kindness, understanding and willingness to help.
A remembrance picnic will be held later this year. There will be no services.
