Passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 4, 2008, age 29. Cherished son of Thomas and Karla. Loving brother of Jenny. Also loved by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends who he met along the way. Chad will be peacefully joining his grandparents Hal, Corky and Ruth Koehn, and Christine and Sandy Sanders. He will be greatly missed by his dog, Luke. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Monday, June 9, from 3:00 – 6:45 PM. Funeral Service at 7:00 PM. A special thank you to everyone at Froedtert, who made Chad's life better.
