Carol Jean Goodman (nee Elertson) Went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2021 at the age of 74. Loving ma of Daniel Goodman, Michael Goodman, and Christopher (Jenni) Goodman. Proud grandma of Emma Rose Goodman. Beloved sister of Peggy (Bill) Hammel, Marybeth (Craig) Stilwell, and Bob (Sue) Elertson. Former spouse and lifelong friend Kenneth Goodman. Carol will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents Maynard and Sophie Elertson.

Carol was a registered nurse for 40 years at West Allis Memorial. She was also a proud member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church for many years. In her free time, she loved to read and spend time with her family. Above all, her children were her life.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 13200 West Greenfield Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin 53005 from 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM. Funeral service will begin at 12:30 PM.
