(Née Kleinschmidt) Passed away on January 31, 2014, at age 84, surrounded by her loving family. Carol was valedictorian of her class at Bay View High School, graduated from Milwaukee State Teachers' College, and earned her Master's Degree from UWM. (Née Kleinschmidt) Passed away on January 31, 2014, at age 84, surrounded by her loving family. Carol was valedictorian of her class at Bay View High School, graduated from Milwaukee State Teachers' College, and earned her Master's Degree from UWM. Carol taught third grade for many years in the Mequon-Thiensville Public School District. Preceding Carol in death was her husband, Clarence I. Dillmann, Jr. after 57 years of marriage, 21 of which where spent in retirement in Arizona. Carol leaves behind her four children, Elissa (Keith) Beattie, Todd (Mary) Dillmann, Craig (Mary) Dillmann, and Carrie (Richard) Wehrle. Six grandchildren proudly called her Grandma, Donald Beattie, Marin, Drew, and Sydney Dillmann, Christopher and Jeffrey Dillmann. The family would like to express their appreciation to the Oconomowoc Regional Cancer Center and the compassionate team at AngelsGrace Hospice.
A memorial celebration of Carol's life will take place at the Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, on Saturday, March 8, 2014. Visitation will be at 10:00 AM with the Service to follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove at a later date.
