(Nee Schuster) Died peacefully Sunday, November 9, 2014 at age 71. Beloved wife of David R. Zuehlke. Dear mother of Cynthia (James) Szymanski and Kristin (Jay) Matz. Loving Grandmother to Emma, Matthew and Carter. Also survived by her Mother-in-law Helen (Zuehlke) Walsch and sister-in-law Gloria (Ralph) Heun, and many dear relatives and friends. Preceeded in death by her parents, Michael and Angeline.

Carol retired from Boston Store Southridge, where she worked for 25 years. She battled Alzheimer's Disease for 8 years and was cared for by her loving husband. Special thanks to the nurses and aides from Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare Home Health & Hospice.

Visitation at the Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, Wednesday, November 12, 4:00-7:00 PM. Funeral Service on Thursday November 13 at ST. JOHN THE EVANEGLIST CHURCH, 8500 West Coldspring Road, Greenfield, with Visitation 10:00-11:00 AM and Mass to follow. Entombment at Mount Olivet Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association or to St. John the Evangelist.
