Caring sister of James (Idelle), Paul (Jean) and Gerald (Mary Ann) Breitbach. Also loved and cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Carlene was born to life on September 10th, 1942 to the late Carl J. and late Mary F. (Joynt) Breitbach in Milwaukee. She graduated from Pius XI High School in 1960 and married Norman E. Heidemann Jr. on August 26th, 1961. They made a home and raised children first in West Allis then in New Berlin. Carlene was a homemaker and worked as an administrative assistant as her children grew older. In retirement Carlene enjoyed composing orders of worship, parish newsletters and parish directories at Holy Apostles. Carlene loved gardening, decorating her home, collecting cardinal memorabilia, holding family dinner parties, and attending her grandchildren's musical events and concerts.
Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Sunday, December 13, 2015 1-5PM. Additional visitation at Holy Apostles Parish, 16000 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Monday, December 14, 2015 from 10-11AM. Mass of Christian Burial to follow, at 11AM.
