Passed away peacefully on Friday, April 28, 2023 at age 84. Beloved wife of James E Hutchins. Loving and devoted mother of Kim A. (Bobbie) Webber, Dana C. Whitlow, Derek L. (Melody) Whitlow, Keshia K. Joran and Durant J. (Angela) Whitlow. She leaves to cherish her memory a host of Grandchildren, Great- Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, loving family and friend, Marcia. Dear sister of Susie King, LeRoy Whitlow. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Lucius and Mildred Whitlow; her son, David R. Whitlow; son-in-law, William Joran; brothers, Lucius Whitlow, Walter Whitlow, Jordon Whitlow, Clayton Whitlow and sisters, Helen Williams and Shirley Evans.
