(Nee Sasman) Born July 27, 1925 passed away peacefully on May 5, 2011 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of John, loving mother of Denis (Samantha) Eckart, Gail (Gary) Pearson, Ellen Massa and Cathy (Rob) Monzingo; as well as 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Bernie served as Prefect of the Ladies Sodality at St. Mary's Church in Menomonee Falls, was a bowling enthusiast and an avid cook. She was a friend to many and will be warmly remembered for her great sense of humor. As a breast cancer survivor, she would prefer memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society at <a href="http://www.cancer.org" target="_blank">www.cancer.org</a> in lieu of flowers. A private interment is planned at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
