Passed away on Friday, September 28, 2018, at his home in Milwaukee. He was only 60 years old. Benny lived hard and lived fully. He married the love of his life, Pat, in 1997. Their joy was their cabin up North. He became a stepfather to Derek (Diann) and Rob. Benny was a big man and he had a bigger heart. He may have been a fighter in his youth, but he died a big teddy bear. Just ask his nieces and nephews – Christopher, Erica, Maddy (goddaughter), Maya and Matteo (godson)- the kids he never had. He was playful and full of hugs and kind words – and perhaps a little teasing. He joined the military out of high school, but that was not his calling. He was a union man, one of the best. He found this passion after working for Briggs and Stratton. He will be missed by a legion of friends and coworkers, and those whose rights he fought for. He was a momma’s boy and devoted son (mijo). He lost his mother Marlene, father Benito and sister Virginia in short course two years ago. His sister Lisa (Michael) and brother David (Kristin) are heartbroken. He will also be missed by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Debbie (Paul), Christopher, Michelle (Tony), Dominique. The coming deer hunting season will be the first without Benny in five decades. Benny will be missed by all he met, as he rides off into the sunset on his Harley.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Saturday, October 6, 2018, from 11:00 AM – 1:45 PM. Service at 2:00 PM, with Deacon John D’Alessio officiating. Inurnment at a later date at Highland Memorial Park.

This is a huge loss to the world. However, it is hard not think of Pat as it was always Pat and Ben. So many happy memories of LOL at the two of them and Bunny.
