Audrey C. Reimer

Audrey C. Reimer (Filbrandt) – peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at the age of 91, beloved wife of the late Russel F Reimer.

Audrey was born September 18, 1931, in Ashland, WI to Michael and Sophia (Bosacki) Filbrandt. Audrey was blissfully married on July 16, 1949, to Russel in Milwaukee, WI.

Audrey was a loving, caring, and sweet mother/grandmother/great-grandmother to her 3 children, 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Son – Chris (Pam) Reimer; grandchildren Keri DeGuzman, Lisa Crise, and Jill (Brian) Felland; great-grandchildren Paige Crise and Brenan Ramirez. Daughter – the late Melody (David) Weber; grandchildren Miranda (Nicole) Weber, Heather (Joseph) Smith, Lindsey (Joshua) Sievers; great-grandchildren Derick Buda-Smith, Sierra Smith, Ellie Smith, Jillian Weber, Jake Sievers, and Kyle Sievers. Daughter – Cheryl (Mike) Richardson; grandchildren Chad (Sandra) Richardson, Jodi (Joshua) Wilson; great-grandchildren Landon Richardson, Beau Wilson, and Cooper Richardson.

Audrey was a devoted wife to Russel, she was “his girl.” The two of them enjoyed spending time vacationing to warm climates and being active in the lives of their children, grandchildren and eventually great-grandchildren.

The family would like to deeply thank the staff at Linden Grove Communities in Mukwonago and the staff at Legacy Hospice for the care, love, and support.

Visitation will be taking place on Friday, February 17, 2023, at Krause Funeral Home, located at 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM with a service to immediately follow.
