Arthur J. Tiedemann

Passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Age 87. Husband of Shirley (nee Bayer) for 64 years. Father of Susan (Stephan) Chevalier, Barbara (Robert) Steigerwald, Peggy (Rusty) Knippenberg, Richard (Joan), Gary (Bobbie) and Jeffrey (Lisa). Grandpa of 12, great-grandpa of 19. Brother of Genevieve Kirschgassner. Also loved by other relatives and friends.Arthur proudly served his country in the Navy during WWII. He was a longtime member of Shaefer VFW Post 2923 and American Legion Charles King Post 406. Visitation at the Funeral Home, Sunday, July 10 from 3:30"6:30 PM. Funeral Service at 6:30 PM. Private committal at Wisconsin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated to the American Cancer Society.
