Rossi, Anthony Raymond “Ray” – Born to Eternal Life March 11, 2024, age 87 years.
Ray is survived by four children: Andrea (Chris) Hepworth, Craig (Paula) Rossi, Diane (Roger) Michael, and Michael Rossi. Ray is the beloved grandfather to Brian (Rachel) Hepworth, Matthew Hepworth, Maria (Austin) Vetter, Robert (Christina Meyer), Anthony (Haley Roell), and Jenna Michael. Ray is survived by five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his dear sister Phyllis (Rossi) Fresch. He will fondly be remembered by many other relatives and friends.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents Anthony Rossi and Delia (Biagetti) Rossi LaCourse, beloved wife Carol (Brodersen) Rossi, grandson Christopher Hepworth and brother-in-law Vincent Fresch.
Ray was born on July 15, 1936 in Sandusky, Ohio. He graduated from St. Mary Catholic High School in 1954 and then served in the U.S. Army for two years. He graduated from Bowling Green State University. Ray married his loving wife Carol on February 1, 1958. They were married for 51 years until her death in 2009. Ray and Carol moved to Michigan in 1962, where he was employed by Ford Motor Company for 20 years. In 1980 Ray and his brother-in law Vince purchased Pneumatech, Inc. in Kenosha, WI. He moved to Brookfield, WI in 1983. He was a long-time member at Westmoor Country Club, enjoying his favorite past time golf.
Ray will be remembered for his loving, generous heart and wonderful sense of humor. Family would like to thank the staff at Care-Age Brookfield and the team and Aurora Home Hospice for their wonderful care.
Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Additional Visitation will be on Wednesday March 20, 2024 at Christ King Catholic Church, 2604 North Swan Boulevard, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin at 10:00 AM. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 AM. Emtombment at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
