Anthony “Tony” Alan King

Anthony Alan King ” Tony” Found his peace on Monday, April 2, 2018; at 61 years of age in Milwaukee, WI.

Anthony was born on June 19, 1956, in Selmer, TN. Tony was the beloved son of Mable and the late Hubert King.

Tony enjoyed spending time with his family and often took them on fishing and camping trips. He enjoyed hunting deer with friends and family, but also enjoyed watching movies with them as well. He loved to cook and his get-togethers would showcase his “special” BBQ sauce. He was a talented artist with an amazing eye. In addition to all that, he was a handy man who had an innate ability to fix a car or build a house. His talents were too numerous to name but to amazing to forget.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his Mother Mable King of Selmer, TN. The love of his life Pricila, and their daughters Isabel Espinoza- King, Mabel Clara (Derrick) Planter, and Eva King. He was proceeded in death by their daughter Sophia, who’s memory he cherished always.

Tony was a devoted Grandpa to Armand, Nadia, Jalen, Derrick Jr., and Donovahn, who he loved and spoiled.

Tony is further survived by his brother Ernest King, sisters Claudletta (Calvin) Love, and Linda Rose King. Beloved Uncle to Jason, Andrea, Nawasa, Jamal, and Alex King. Cherished Nephew of Imogene Sims, Joe Prather, and Dr. Sue Prather. Special cousin to Marty and Casaundra McGee, Kimberly and Xavier Prather, Aunt Lavern Smith, and a host of beloved relatives and friends who mourn his passing.

Tony was proceeded in death by his father, Hubert King; Brother, Don Q. King; Daughter, Sophia King; Uncle George King; maternal grandparents Argie and Doris Prather; paternal grandparents Ernest and Augusta King.

May He Rest in Heavenly Peace.
