Anna Marie Worthen
January 14, 1933 – December 22, 2025
Anna Marie Worthen joined her loving God and her large Italian family in Heaven on December 22, 2025, after a 21-year journey with Alzheimer’s disease. Her enduring sense of humor, quick wit, bright smile and happy laughter brought joy to those who knew and cared for her.

After raising her two children in Sherrill, New York and later in Webster, New York, she worked as an office manager for Aetna and then Nationwide Insurance in the Rochester area. As a retiree and widow, she lived in Fountain Hills, Arizona and later in Brookfield, Wisconsin. She enjoyed cooking, baking, knitting, crafting, joking and laughing, and loved to sit outdoors enjoying nature. Anna Marie adored her family’s dogs and found companionship and enjoyment over the years in their company.
She is predeceased by her devoted parents, Vincenzo and Anunziata (La Grasta) Renna, her adoring husband, William S. Worthen, her beloved son, William J. Worthen, her fun-loving sisters, Angela (Nicholas) Perez and Isabel (William) King, her WWII Veteran brother, Patrick (Carol) Renna, her witty niece, Carol (James) Gannon. She is survived by her daughter, Wendy (Douglas) Dorn, her dear grandson, Mason and her dedicated caregivers.
