(Nee Duran) Began her journey home on November 25, 2015, at the age of 94. Mother of Richard Alaniz, Patricia (Jerry) Bartleson, Andrew Alaniz, and Paul Alaniz. Grandmother of 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Charles (Sue) Duran, Anthony Duran, Margaret Riojas, and Mary Villanueva. Preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Alaniz; her parents, Charles and Ramona Duran; her daughter, Charlotte Alaniz; and her sisters, Anita, Ruth, and Petrita. Also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 3222 South 29th Street, on Friday, December 4, 2015, from 9-11AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Burial at Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery to follow.
