Passed away peacefully Friday, May 30, 2014, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (nee Naeser). Loving father of Sandy (William) Richards and David (Debbie) Wegner. Proud grandfather of Jill (Kevin), Sarah, Victoria (Jay), and Rebecca. Also loved by other relatives and friends.

Memorial gathering at THE GRAND HALL AT CEDAR COMMUNITY, 113 Cedar Ridge Drive, West Bend, Friday, June 6, at 3:00-5:00 PM. Memorial Service at 5:00 PM. Visitation at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK, CHAPEL OF THE FLOWERS, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Saturday, June 7, at 9:00-10:00 AM. Masonic Service at 10:00 AM conducted by nephew Larry (Sue) Wegner of the Lincoln Lodge #183 F.&A.M. Entombment to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Shriners Hospital for Children or the Cedar Community Foundation.

Al felt fortunate to spend the last 13 years with the wonderful staff at Cedar Ridge and all his terrific friends there.
